Creative Collaboration is a platform about bringing together like-minded individuals, investing into one another with their passion and gifts.
To find out more about Creative Collaboration, we’ll be releasing a full version of the Behind-The-Scene from this project and platform explaining in details why we do what we do. But Here’s a link link to our sizzler reel if you can’t wait for the full version!
I’ve always admired photography with motions, often my favorite images are ones that you can feel the movement. They might not be sharpest, perhaps slightly blurry, and immediately I think of classic portraits such as Marilyn Monroe’s white dress, James Dean walking down the street of New York, or some of my favorite images from Richard Avedon. I realized all of my favorite photographs have one thing in common — motion.
Blessed with such a beautiful backdrop, it really didn’t take long to decide to shoot in West Vancouver, showing off the beautiful Pacific Ocean. There’s something about the ocean that attracts me, it is one of the few backdrop that’s always changing. One can never take the same photograph twice.
Mainly a film session accompanied by digital, shooting film really allowed me to slow down the shoot, and letting the film to soak up the light and shadow.
Situated in one of the most beautiful part of the world, alongside with a group of amazing talents, plus a few rolls of film; sounds like the recipe for an unforgettable shoot. Love to hear what you think.
